THE GIBSON
The Gibson is attributed to San Francisco businessman, Walter D.K. Gibson, in the late 1800s at the Bohemian Club. You can be forgiven for thinking that it is just a Martini with a pickled onion, but once you try it you will understand how it makes all the difference.
INGREDIENTS
30ml / 1.5oz 9diDANTE Purgatorio 60ml / 1.5oz London Dry Gin
HOW DO I MAKE IT?
1 - In mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 9diDANTE Purgatorio and the London Dry Gin.
2 - Stir well, about 20 seconds, then strain into cocktail coupe or martini glass.
3 - Garnish with a pickled onion
